The Council includes 16 historical legal figures (all public domain — Cicero, Solomon, Hammurabi, Justinian, Sir Thomas More, Gandhi, Holmes, Brandeis, Grotius) and 7 fictional contemporary jurists representing distinct modern jurisprudential schools (living constitutionalism, original public meaning, LatAm neoconstitutionalism, AI ethics, international human rights, pragmatic realism, civil code tradition). The contemporary jurists are composite characters, not real living people — they are designed to give the panel modern voices on questions like AI rights, platform regulation, and climate liability. Every system prompt forbids fabricated quotations and includes an educational disclaimer.
Select 2–5 jurists. Mix historical and contemporary voices for the richest debate. Each will respond in their tradition's voice, followed by a contemporary synthesis.
